Thanks, Mom and Dad

Last night, as I was laying on the couch popping vitamins trying with all my might to fight off the cold and sore throat threatening to invade me, I was restlessly flipping channels looking for something worthwhile to watch on the boob tube. I settled on "Extreme Makeover." Now, I have heard about this show, but I have never seen it before. Have you caught it?

If you are not aware, the show producers find the most hideous troll looking people alive in the U.S., and offer to make their lives better by giving them all sorts of plastic surgery, dental work, makeover and the like. I am usually against plastic surgery of any kind, but I think last night may have changed my mind. These monsters (sorry, but it's true) were transformed from horrid looking creatures into merely just slightly unattractive people. You should check it out sometime.

I know I may be struck down for saying these things, but I'll take my chances.
